Job Description We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the critical Disruption Initiative to strategically establish Omio USPs, aimed at enhancing traveller control and confidence during disruptions. This role will be pivotal in executing our USP plan. We need a highly organised and driven individual with a strong product management background to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure the successful delivery of MVP features for market testing. This is a high-impact initiative with the potential to significantly enhance customer loyalty and drive new revenue streams. What are the specific tasks for this role? Lead the planning and execution of the Disruption Management Initiative, including the development and market validation of Omio USPs Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Tech, UXR, and Data Analytics, to ensure alignment and efficient progress. Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, tracking progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies. Ensure the timely delivery of MVP features for market testing within 2025. Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders regularly. Collaborate with the team to translate insights from qualitative research into actionable, innovative features.
