1. In the limango IT you get the chance to contribute your own ideas and know-how to maintain and develop our highly frequented, self built online shop for our markets in Germany, Austria, Poland and the Netherlands
2. Together with our experienced and international development teams you will improve and expand our PHP based backend services for specific areas like: Operations (payment, logistics and customer service tools), Customer Relationship and Communications (CRM), Content and Product Management Systems or Marketplace
3. You will work in a modern tech stack world: cloud-based & virtualized infrastructure, service-oriented architecture & event based communication and Golang & PHP backend service
4. You will become a part of our well-rehearsed agile teams of versatile and experienced Web Developers, dedicated Product Owner and Scrum Master
Your Profile
5. You must have a proven track record of delivering great product & user experiences in an e-Commerce environment
6. You must have expertise working with customer facing discount options like “Vouchers” and “Points” ideally in combination with the help of a third party application
7. You might have relevant expertise in modern Product Management techniques,
8. You might hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Proficiency in English, along with assertiveness and a solution-oriented mindset, is essential.
9. You confidently navigate in complex environments and adeptly manage competing stakeholder interests with empathy and passion
10. Familiarity with Jira and Confluence Suites.
11. Possessing relevant PO certificates (I, II, III - scrum.org or scrum alliance) is also desirable.
Your Job:
12. You are the Entrepreneur in Residence Insight Product and know how to prepare business cases and justify them
13. Define the roadmap for our product area “Incentivation” including the corresponding processes, ensuring alignment with our business goals.
14. You will prioritize the product roadmap, own the backlog, and establish sprint goals in collaboration with the development team.
15. You take ownership of requirements engineering, product backlog items and maintenance of the whole product backlog, while keeping the needs of our customers and departments in mind at all times.
16. You utilize your communication skills to effectively bridge any gap between business and technology.
