A Snapshot of Your Day
As a product owner, you ensure that your agile team is efficiently running. Together with the innovation management and team leads you are responsible for the creation of the team backlog. Your key function is to constantly manage, adapt & prioritize this backlog using an agile development approach.
You build transparency and trust within your agile team and communicate effectively with the innovation management, product management and other stakeholders to keep them informed and engaged on the goals and progress with your very good management & communication skills.
How You'll Make an Impact
1. Cooperate and collaborate with the Transformer Product Management, Innovation Management and Product Owners of transformer ART's to ensure a high grade of alignment between overall backlog and team's backlog
