Your Responsibilities
As a key member of our service team, you will:
* Install and Commission: Set up and perform functional and procedural commissioning of Krones machines and systems in the cleaning, product treatment, and recycling sectors.
* Troubleshoot and Maintain: Conduct troubleshooting, maintenance, and overhauls on the aforementioned machines.
* Work with Control Systems: Engage with industrial control systems (Siemens or Rockwell).
* Implement HMI Systems: Carry out commissioning of HMI systems like ZenOn / Viswin.
* Manage Bus Systems: Troubleshoot and commission bus systems such as Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet, as well as frequency converters and servo drives like Danfoss, SEW Movidrive, and B&R Acopos.
* Parameterize Camera Systems: Set up interfaces between Krones machines and external systems.
* Adapt to Customer Needs: Flexibly implement customer requirements and optimize the technologies used.
* Collaborate: Work closely with our specialists in design and process engineering.
* Train Personnel: Provide training for operating and plant personnel.
Your Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who has:
* Education: Completed training as an energy systems electronics technician or a comparable qualification; further training as a technician or master is a plus.
* Experience: Several years of relevant practical experience.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in TIA Portal and Simatic Manager Step 7 is required; knowledge of RS Logix 5000 and Step 5 is desirable.
* Control Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with programmable logic controllers.
* Independent Work Style: Ability to work autonomously and take responsibility.
* Resilience: Strong willingness to learn and adapt.
* Mobility: High level of commitment and mobility (no relocation required).
* Language Skills: Good command of English, both spoken and written.
* Willingness to Travel: Global travel readiness is essential.
