* Execute territory-specific business plans in collaboration with the Europe Sales Manager, aligned with broader European sales strategy.
* Represent Spectra Precision at industry events, trade shows, customer demonstrations, and on-site visits to promote product awareness and adoption.
* Support dealer and customer training initiatives, providing hands-on product demonstrations and application-focused education.
* Act as a technical resource for customers and channel partners, providing product expertise and application guidance as required.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback, and communicate insights to internal stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
* Manage territory forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and CRM activities to ensure accurate pipeline visibility and planning.
* Ensure consistent adherence to Spectra Precision’s quality, service, and operational standards across the region.
