Job Description: Establish bridges between Kaiyang Laboratory and leading overseas universities, research institutions, and innovation ecosystems; formulate overseas university collaboration plans; Conduct in-depth analysis and monitoring of cutting‑edge research trends, innovation developments, and industrial ecosystems at overseas universities; regularly produce reports on emerging technologies, competitive analysis, and forward‑looking insights; Develop and systematically maintain key partnership networks with overseas universities, research organizations, renowned professor teams, and innovation platforms; Establish a database of key talent and projects from overseas universities, tracking research directions of top professors, postdoctoral fellows, and doctoral candidates; Manage the full lifecycle of overseas university collaboration projects. Requirements: Master's degree or higher with technical expertise in AI, computer science, automotive engineering, or related fields, enabling substantive dialogue with scientists; Overseas education, work experience, or long‑term residency abroad with deep understanding of international university operations and culture; Exceptional English communication skills (particularly written and oral negotiation abilities); Strong cross‑cultural and cross‑organizational project management capabilities.
