Job Description： Establish bridges between Kaiyang Laboratory and leading overseas universities, research institutions, and innovation ecosystems; formulate overseas university collaboration plans; Conduct in-depth analysis and monitoring of cutting‑edge research trends, innovation developments, and industrial ecosystems at overseas universities; regularly produce reports on emerging technologies, competitive analysis, and forward‑looking insights; Develop and systematically maintain key partnership networks with overseas universities, research organizations, renowned professor teams, and innovation platforms; Establish a database of key talent and projects from overseas universities, tracking research directions of top professors, postdoctoral fellows, and doctoral candidates; Manage the full lifecycle of overseas university collaboration projects. Requirements： Master's degree or higher with technical expertise in AI, computer science, automotive engineering, or related fields, enabling substantive dialogue with scientists; Overseas education, work experience, or long‑term residency abroad with deep understanding of international university operations and culture; Exceptional English communication skills (particularly written and oral negotiation abilities); Strong cross‑cultural and cross‑organizational project management capabilities.
