Your Role:

We are on the lookout for a passionate Account Manager, Service Provider Sales (m/w/d) to join our team in Munich. As a key point of contact for hosting and managed service providers, you will take charge of:

* Overall management and sales of our Service Provider portfolio with defined partners
* Acquiring, building, and strategically developing customer relationships
* Exploring new market segments within the Managed Service Provider landscape
* Analyzing growth potential with partners and crafting strategies for realization
* Driving revenue and profit development within the product segment
* Cross-selling and deepening customer engagement according to the Arrow xSP (MSP/CSP) portfolio
* Building and maintaining relationships with key contacts at our manufacturers
* Regularly participating in partner events hosted by Arrow or manufacturers


Your Profile:

We are looking for someone who brings:

* Several years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the Managed Service Provider sector
* Strong communication skills and a passion for sales
* IT product and market knowledge, particularly in Managed Services
* Negotiation skills and assertiveness
* A self-driven, responsible, and structured work approach
* Good command of English, both spoken and written
* A collaborative team spirit
