7. Defining and leading the AI-driven innovation roadmap for the Service Experience portfolio, with a strong focus on intelligent automation, predictive insights, and service excellence.
8. Leveraging platform innovations, particularly from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field and Customer Service, to design and deliver next-generation service solutions that exceed customer expectations.
9. Identifying and integrating use cases across Siemens’ service domains, expanding the impact of the Service Experience strategy and ensuring its alignment with broader business goals.
10. Collaborating closely with development teams, regional stakeholders, and strategic partners, driving innovation and expanding the ecosystem of digital services.
11. Monitoring and evaluating emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and service platforms to continuously enhance our product offerings and stay ahead of market developments.
12. Championing a culture of innovation across Siemens and effectively communicating the value of new digital solutions to both internal and external audiences.
13. Insuring that product development efforts are aligned with customer needs, strategic priorities, and evolving industry standards, ensuring high-impact solutions.
14. Driving the Siemens-Microsoft partnership within the Field and Customer Services field, particularly in the context of SI Buildings Service.
Your success is grounded in
15. Education: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
16. Experience & Skills
17. You have long-term hands-on experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in Field and Customer Service modules.
18. You bring profound experience in product management and software development, with a proven track record of leading product strategies.
19. You are certified in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field and Customer Service, which is a strong requirement for this role.
20. You possess solid knowledge of AI/ML technologies, with practical applications in customer or field service environments.
21. You have successfully launched complex, global software products, preferably in industrial or digital service sectors, demonstrating your ability to manage large-scale projects.
22. You have long-term experience in international product or IT project management roles, working with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
23. SAP Customer Service knowledge is a plus, expanding your versatility in service management.
24. You have a deep understanding of trends in AI, digital ecosystems, and service management platforms, keeping you at the forefront of innovation.
25. Your strong interpersonal skills allow you to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures, driving global collaboration and success.
26. Languages: Business-fluent English (spoken and written) is essential, ensuring clear and effective communication across global teams.
