Senior Product Manager – Accounting as a Service (AaaS) (m/f/d)
(Permanent, Full-Time) Location: Amsterdam, Stockholm, Münster, Verl, Dublin or Berlin, with flexible working arrangements available
Your Mission
* Analyze client and market requirements to define the product strategy and translate these insights into a strategic product roadmap in close collaboration with product owners.
* Conduct market discovery activities together with sales, marketing, and account management teams to better understand client needs and market trends.
* Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to operational delivery, ensuring that the product evolves in alignment with the company’s vision and customer needs.
* Collaborate with both internal and external development teams, working as an equal partner alongside domain product owners to ensure the successful delivery of features.
* Define and monitor KPIs to measure the product’s success, ensuring a focus on both quality and value creation in every iteration.
* Proactively identify and address risks and bottlenecks in the product delivery process, ensuring smooth execution and delivery on time.
* Manage key vendor relationships, for instance with e-invoicing providers, ensuring strong and effective partnerships.
* Act as an ambassador for the product, educating both internal and external stakeholders about the product’s capabilities and how it can meet customer needs.
* Support pre-sales activities, assisting in complex sales pitches and providing key product insights to help close deals.
Your Profile
* At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager (or similar role) in a Fintech company, with a focus on B2B2C and/or B2B2B products.
* Deep understanding of accounts receivable management and reconciliation – you know the ins and outs of financial processes and can drive improvements.
* Hands-on mentality – you lead by example in a complex and agile cross-functional environment and are ready to tackle both strategic and operational tasks.
* A strong analytical mindset – you have the ability to zoom in on the details while always keeping the bigger picture in mind.
* Fluent in both English and German (C2 level), with excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders.
