Your tasks:
1. Develop and implement a holistic portfolio and service strategy for your category, ensuring alignment with Sales, R&D, Purchasing, and Supply Chain strategies.
2. Managing the entire product lifecycle – from idea generation to market launch to phase-out.
3. Monitoring KPIs (sales volume, revenue, margin, market share) for continuous portfolio optimization.
4. Analyze market and customer needs, identify trends, and derive concrete growth initiatives.
5. Lead new product developments in close cooperation with R&D, Production, and external partners.
6. Ensuring a successful product launch through cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Digital teams.
Your profile:
7. Business degree in business administration and/or engineering
8. Several years of experience in product management, sales, innovation management, or business development
9. Strong analytical skills combined with entrepreneurial thinking
10. Experience working with international teams and leading cross-functional projects
11. Strong market and customer orientation, coupled with a passion for innovation
12. Excellent communication skills in English
