Represent the company at trade fairs and customer visits
A background in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or similar fields, or equivalent work experience.
Strong customer-focused approach, with proven experience in customer service, account management, or sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. German and additional language skills are a plus.
Willingness to travel occasionally within the EU for customer visits and trade fairs.
Interest in learning customs clearance procedures to provide backup support during team absences.
Proficiency in MS Office tools and experience with ERP or CRM systems.
