As our new Quality Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role in ensuring our operations meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance. What You´ll be doing: Lead and support Quality initiatives, including QMS reviews and continuous improvement. Set and track departmental goals to ensure excellence. Oversee core Quality Systems, such as CAPA, ISO certifications, non-conformance, document control, supplier quality, customer feedback, and ITAR compliance. Manage resources for product reviews and customer communications. Maintain documentation required by the Quality System. Develop and mentor the Quality team, fostering a culture of improvement. Conduct internal audits and represent Quality in external audits. Support system integrations during acquisitions and new manufacturing capabilities.
