Responsibilities : The Project Management Office (PMO) at Lexmark is seeking a dynamic Deployment Project Manager. This role ensures successful project implementation for new or existing clients, including deploying new hardware and Lexmark’s Managed Print Services (MPS) infrastructure. As the key interface to large clients, the Deployment Project Manager oversees projects from initiation to closure, guiding them through planning, execution, and completion phases. YOUR ACTIVITIES: Plan, schedule, monitor, evaluate, and direct projects to ensure satisfactory implementation Create and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets Establish and manage customer expectations Lead and manage the Lexmark Deployment and Implementation teams Conduct progress reviews and manage project changes Assist in pre-sales decision-making for timelines and budgets Manage scope, budget, margin, and resources Manage client and team relationships Identify risks and develop contingencies Produce final budget and milestone documentation EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree or equivalent PMP or other Project Management certification preferred 2 years’ experience - preferred in hardware deployments Experience in managing a project scope, budget, margin and resources would be required Experience working in a role responsible for managing a client relationship would be required SKILLS TECHNICAL COMPETENCES: Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools: Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio Project Management, analytical, problem solving and process management skills in addition to technical attitude English and German language knowledge is required PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS: Excellent communication skills and customer service skills Detail oriented Strong leadership skills, ability to direct employees “Hands on” management style—drives team involvement High levels of natural and intentional organization capabilities Strong analytical and reasoning abilities.
