Job Summary
Contract Details: Part-Time (approx. 19 hours/week), fixed-term for 1 year
Position to be filled: as soon as possible
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Participation in daily business operations in the area of compounding
2. Support of the department manager and Sr. Specialist Compounding
3. Sub-project management of improvement projects
4. Communication with interface areas
5. Preparation of data analyses and presentations
6. Planning and optimization of process flows
7. Leading a Kaizen event/project
Education
8. Advanced studies in engineering (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, chemistry, or similar fields)
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
9. Proficient in MS Office
10. Good command of English, both spoken and written
11. Strong technical understanding and quick comprehension
12. Structured and systematic approach to work
13. High degree of team and communication skills
