KG Organization Grid Technologies Business Unit Business Strategy Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Experienced Professional A Snapshot of Your Day We are looking for a highly skilled, dynamic, and proactive Quality Manager to join our team and supporting our regions in coordinating and executing our global EQS strategy. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in supporting our regional teams and execution units to implement our quality strategy, drive impactful initiatives, and uphold our governance responsibilities as a global organization.How You’ll Make an Impact
4. Functioning as an interface between regional teams/execution units and corporate leadership, including facilitation of efficient communication and collaboration to ensure a unified EQS approach
5. Coordination and driving of the global EQS strategy from a governance perspective, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements
6. Establishment and tracking of global quality performance metrics, including data analysis for trend identification and derivation of improvement actions
7. Support of regions and execution units in ensuring effective, consistent implementation of systems, processes, and regulations
8. Promotion of best practice sharing and facilitation of training initiatives to strengthen a unified EQS mindset and ensure consistent execution across the global organization
9. Identification of opportunities for quality standardization and initiation of continuous improvement activities across the GT business
What You Bring
10. Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, with a Master’s degree considered an advantage
11. Several years of professional experience in EQS or Quality Management, including a proven track record in managing global or multi-regional programs and projects
12. Strong understanding of quality management tools and systems, combined with general knowledge of EHS principles and familiarity with international standards such as ISO 9001, including experience in governance and oversight
13. Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills, including fluent proficiency in German and English
14. Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and to manage complex projects across diverse cultural environments
15. Proven capability in navigating complex organizational structures and driving initiatives effectively without formal reporting lines
