Job Description The position is a fixed-term (ca. 12 months) role to cover parental leave. Plan and develop seasonal collections, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy Drive the end-to-end product development process, from initial concept and design to final delivery Oversee buying, production, and quality control processes in coordination with cross-functional stakeholders Lead negotiations with international suppliers on pricing, product specifications, quality standards, lead times, and delivery terms Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to identify new product opportunities Analyze product performance, KPIs, and sales data to optimize assortment and drive continuous growth Manage timelines and critical paths to guarantee on-time product launches
