We are seeking a Production Manager / Administrator for our location in Eșelnița.
* Leading, coordinating and motivating the team.
* Import and export of materials, components and complete items from third party countries and EU.
* Going to customs and supervising imports (providing necessary documents).
* Receiving and planning new orders into delivery overview.
* Deciding if making or buying externally the ordered products.
* Placing orders externally and maintaining good relations with suppliers.
* Making sales confirmations according to the production plan.
* Controlling the company's profitability and ensuring the budget is being kept.
* Searching, making and negotiating new contracts for raw materials, spare parts, packagings etc.
* Planning the production of different toys from start to finish = from ordering necessary raw materials right up to the transport of the finished product.
* Making delivery invoices along with packing list and all documents related to export.
* Ensuring that delivery dates are met.
* Calculating new product prices and keeping current prices updated.
* Ensuring that all regulations are met and implementing possible new measures to meet any new regulations.
* Continuously improving existing processes.
* Leading implementation projects.
* Carrying the legal responsibility of the company and representing it in front of government or public authorities.
* Ideal education is equal to that of a production engineer in the wood working industry or an exam in business administration.
* At least 5 years of work experience in the wood working industry including planning of workload OR advanced experience in working as an Administrator.
* Experience in leading a team is a plus.
* Structured and organized way of working
* Good organizational and planning skills.
* Fluent in Romanian language and English (Level: B2-C1) and/or German (Level: B2-C1).
* Outgoing with the power to make things happen.
* The power and skills to motivate and lead people in difficult situations.
* Knowledge about Romanian work legislation is a must.
