JOB DESCRIPTION
Role Overview:
The Quality Assurance Manager will play a leadership role in auditing and ensuring that Ecolab’s quality system requirements are met across all production sites. This position is responsible for timely and satisfactory resolution of complaints, establishing quality control guidelines and testing procedures, and ensuring that raw materials and finished products comply with engineering and product specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure compliance with Ecolab quality system requirements across all production sites.
2. Oversee and manage the resolution of customer complaints promptly and effectively.
3. Develop and implement quality control guidelines and testing procedures.
4. Verify that raw materials and finished products meet engineering and product specifications.
5. Make decisions regarding product disposition based on quality standards.
6. Authorise requisition of supplies and services critical to the quality function.
Qualifications:
7. Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Food Science, or a related field with a strong chemistry component.
8. 10+ years of experience managing quality systems, including at least 3 years in a related industry.
9. Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements.
10. Proven leadership skills and ability to operate independently.
