Your Team
As experts of Avaloq's Web & Mobile Banking solutions, we are responsible for developing, improving and maintaining the corresponding modules for our clients in the European market. Following agile development processes, we take care of all aspects related to our Web Banking offering by leveraging on our Avaloq Core Platform and tailoring the product to the market demands. You will be part of an international and dynamic team of Software Developers and Business Analysts spread across several locations all over Europe.
Your responsibilities
As a Senior Test Specialist for Web and Mobile Banking at Avaloq, you can be part of many exciting and challenging projects relating to cutting-edge worldwide banking initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
* Taking ownership of Test Planning, Test Activities and Execution
* Development / Improvement of test case library incl. regression test set in JIRA Zephyr
* Documentation and maintenance of test case artifacts
* Elaboration of test plan in alignment with Release Calendar
* Execution of test cases in SIT and documentation of test results
* Test execution support during client testing
* 1st level support and documentation of bugs and issues
* Support of Test Management in test reporting activities
* Close collaboration with software developers to solve bugs
Qualifications
* You have at least 2-3 years of experience in testing, quality assurance or similar roles, preferably in a SaaS or tech consultancy business
* You have excellent problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, and strong communication skills
* Skilled in test management tools such as JIRA Zephyr, HP ALM and other testing frameworks to manage and execute tests
* Able to work independently and in a team
* Self-motivated, proactive and structured working method with a passion for learning
* Fluent in both German and English
It would be a real bonus if you have:
* University degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Mathematics/Economics or equivalent
* Experience with Agile Scrum
* Banking business knowledge
* Experience with testing Web and Mobile App
