For our client, an international provider for the semiconductor industry, we are looking for a Project Manager Global Job Architecture (f/m/d) in Böblingen.
Your tasks:
* Development of project charter, roadmap and governance model
* Definition and implementation of a global job architecture and framework
* Close collaboration with HR, business leaders and regional stakeholders
* Strong focus on stakeholder engagement, communication and change management
* Clear, concise and structured communication in English, adapted to global audiences
* Risk, dependency and progress management across multiple regions
* Validation of project outcomes and preparation for executive sign-off
Your profile:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Organizational Development or comparable
* Strong experience managing global HR or organizational transformation projects
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English
* Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and at an appropriate pace in international environments
* Strong planning, structuring and facilitation skills
* Experience with change management and transformation initiatives
* Fluent English required; German or Japanese is a plus
* Self-driven, structured and comfortable working with senior stakeholders globally
