Your tasks
In this key role, you will be responsible for the systematic root cause analysis of quality deviations and the sustainable implementation of improvement measures:
10. Coordination and methodical management of root cause analysis using proven quality tools (e.g. 8D report, Ishikawa, 5-Why).
11. Derivation, documentation and implementation of permanent corrective measures for error prevention and process optimization.
12. Interface management and close cooperation with internal departments such as development, test field, assembly and quality assurance (QA).
13. Standardization of test and rework specifications and conscientious maintenance of work instructions.
14. KPI monitoring (key performance indicators) and preparation of management reports on the quality situation.
Your profile
You have a sound technical education and relevant experience in quality management:
15. Education: You are a state-certified technician (electronics/electrical engineering) or have a degree (e.g. B.Eng. electrical engineering).
16. Practical experience: You have demonstrable practical experience in electronics production or in the field of power electronics and in the application of quality methods.
17. Technical knowledge: You are confident with circuit diagrams and are proficient in using CAQ/ERP systems.
18. Working method: You are characterized by a structured, independent and analytical way of working.
19. Soft skills: You are a strong communicator, assertive and always act in a quality-oriented manner.
20. Desirable: Approx. years of professional experience in a comparable function. Knowledge of IPC/ESD standards. Basic knowledge of statistics for quality control.
