* As an Industrial Product Manager (m/f/d) for the EE Architecture and IoT sector, you are responsible for the end-to-end processes of product development from the roadmap to market launch
* You ensure product specifications derived from customer and market requirements in collaboration with local product managers
* In product management, you define the business plan for HVAC system solutions and monitor R&D projects for competitiveness and profitability
* You are responsible for optimizing industrial requirements regarding standardization versus brand requirements, differentiation of product groups, and customer need
* You play an active role as a core team member in development projects to promote innovation and ensure competitiveness, always keeping an eye on trends and regulatory frameworks
* You are responsible for documenting and preparing product data for market launches, including the Product Information Management System (PIM) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
* With a strong focus on collaboration with research & development, regional product managers, and other involved areas, you act as a key interface to support the NSCs (National Sales Companies)

* Qualifications: You have successfully completed your master's degree in a technical or business-related field
* Know-How: Extensive professional experience, ideally in program or product management, and solid expertise in HVAC system solutions, electronic and electrical architectures, and dedicated systems
* Personality: Analytical skills, strong communication abilities, solution-oriented, proactive, and independent working style - open to international exchange with excellent stakeholder and people management skills
* Tools: Proficient user knowledge in SAP, MS Office, PLM, and PIM aids you in your daily work
* Languages: Your strong communication skills and excellent German and English proficiency enable you to operate confidently in an international environment
