* Ensuringprogram level oversight, including respective reporting, planning, tracking, and visualization to support the program lead
* Activeleading of cross-functional and multi-regional project teams for assigned projects, from the beginning of feasibility to project closure
* Effective project timeline, cost, and resource planning and tracking with a clear focus on achieving the agreed project goals
* Assessing, managing, and adequately reporting project risks by actively creating scenario planning for major project risks on the critical path
* Consolidation of project status reporting for portfolio analysis and statistical evaluation (deviation analyses, tracking KPIs, financial forecasts, and annual budget process
* Maintaining the relevant Project Management tools with the highest possible data quality as an input for portfolio analysis and reporting
* Representation of the overall project team for key project status updates to the Management Team and other internal stakeholders, and drivingexpected decisions in stakeholder meetings
* University degree in Natural Sciences (preferably Nutritional Science), Food Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or similar
* Multiple years of project management experience in product development projects, ideally in enteral/clinical nutrition or FMCG (preferably food) on a global scale
* Very good skills regarding MS-Office and experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Planisware) is a plus
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
* Project management certification, e.g., PMP (PMI), IPMA (level C), or equivalent in agile methods is an advantage
* Clear focus on achieving project goals, strong planning, tracking, and risk management abilities
* Proven ability to actively lead cross-functional and multi-regional project teams
* Working arrangement: 37,5 hrs/week
