Description As a Facilities Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our organization's physical facilities. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Design and implement facility infrastructure and systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define facility requirements and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards Manage facility projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with contractors and vendors Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to ensure the proper functioning of facility systems and equipment Develop and implement energysaving initiatives to improve facility efficiency and reduce operational costs Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in facility engineering and incorporate them into facility design and operations Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance engineering Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment WE VALUE Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Experience with budget management Proven leadership and management skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects Experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives
