Finance Project Manager Location : Berlin, Germany (3 days onsite preferred) Contract : Fixed Term Employment Contract until December 2026 Start : ASAP Open Positions : 2 Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day processes related to payments, crediting, and invoicing Coordinate seller contracting and maintain accurate records Track and manage incentives, payments, and financial flows Identify inefficiencies and support process improvements Assist in building and refining workflows and systems Handle incoming requests and data with a high level of accuracy and organisation Key Requirements 1-3 years' experience in operations, project coordination, or similar roles Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Comfortable working with manual processes and data Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Interest in process optimisation and workflow improvement Nice to Have Exposure to payments, invoicing, or finance-related processes German language skills (beneficial but not essential) There is potential for this opportunity to extend into the new year.
