Their goal is to deliver a gold standard of laboratory diagnostics and provide comprehensive testing solutions for Eurofins and third-party laboratories. To support their food safety operations in Freiburg, Germany, they are looking for a collaborative V.I.E candidate with an affinity for science. As Food Safety Project manager, you will lead science-based projects – rather than commercial tasks – and collaborate closely with research and development teams. This position is ideal for early-career professionals with a scientific background who are motivated to grow their expertise in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As Food Safety Project manager, you will: Plan and manage scientific projects in close collaboration with Research & Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality Management teams. Conduct market analyses to identify relevant regulatory and technological developments. Coordinate project teams and internal stakeholders to ensure timely implementation of the product development and process optimisation. Create and maintain project-related documentation, presentations, and training materials. Organise and conduct internal and external trainings on project content and regulatory requirements. Participate in scientific conferences and industry events for networking and knowledge exchange. Maintain and further develop project-related databases and tools. Support contract and resource management within the project structure. Bridge the gap between scientific departments and international partners – with a focus on project transparency and quality assurance. What can we do for you?
