Biocomposites products are now used in over 120,000 procedures every year and sold in more than 40 countries around the world.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Quality Assurance & Control:
* Develp, implement, and monitor quality standards and procedures for production processes.
* Perfrm inspections, tests, and audits on materials, components, and finished products.
* Analyze data frm inspections and tests to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Process Improvement:
* Identify pportunities for process optimization, waste reduction, and cost savings while maintaining quality standards.
* Cllaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and other departments to conduct root cause analyze and supprt implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
* Compliance & Documentation:
* Ensure prducts and processes comply with relevant industry regulations (e.g., ISO, FDA, etc.).
* Create and maintain quality dcumentation such as inspection reports, certifications, and validation protocols.
* Assist with internal and external audits t ensure compliance with quality standards.
* Training & Support:
* Train team members and perators on quality standards, best practices, and inspection techniques.
* Prvide support for troubleshooting quality issues and resolving customer complaints.
* Continuous Monitoring:
* Mnitor key quality metrics to assess performance and suggest improvements.
* Wrk with suppliers and vendors to ensure that materials and components meet required quality specifications.
