What challenges can you expect? Serve as the primary HR partner for leaders and employees in assigned U.S. and Canadian business areas. Provide hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, and performance coaching. Design and implement training and development programs for North America, ensuring alignment with business needs. Lead the annual performance management process and support succession planning. Partner on recruiting activities and manage immigration-related processes for assigned groups.
