In this role, you will promote and sell technical grades of high-viscosity products for film applications, lead development projects, and provide technical support for trials. Working closely with R&D and Industrial teams, you will influence technological investments and deliver solutions that meet customer requirements.

Your Responsibilities:
1. Drive sales development for Europe and global export markets.
2. Provide technical support to customers on specific product lines and lead development projects.
3. Translate customer needs into R&D initiatives and coordinate trials.
4. Manage account plans, forecasts, and commercial targets.
5. Support complaint resolution and ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Gather market insights and collaborate across departments to deliver innovation.
Qualifications and skills
7. Experience on film applications. Knowledge on high-viscosity polyamides is a plus.
8. Strong knowledge of polymer processing and extrusion equipment.
9. Proven ability to manage complex projects and global customer relationships.
10. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
11. Ability to apply technical expertise creatively to solve customer challenges.
12. Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
