As a Senior Product Manager at HOLY, you'll lead our beverage portfolio into the next phase of growth as we expand from pure D2C into an omnichannel brand. Drive innovation through new flavors, formats, and product lines while building scalable systems for global expansion.
Support hardware and merch development (e.g. bottles) that enhances the product experience, usability, and brand love
Compliance & Country Readiness
Develop scalable internal processes to handle formulation constraints, risk assessments, and compliance documentation
Continuously improve based on customer data, reviews, and post-launch feedback—turning learnings into product iterations and enhancements
You love bringing people together—from flavor houses to co-man partners to legal—and aligning them behind great products
4+ years in product management /development in food, beverage, or consumer goods
~ Experience developing taste-first products with flavor houses, labs, or co-mans
~ Strong understanding of hardware (e.g. bottles, packaging) and modular product systems
~ Familiarity with regulatory topics in EU markets (UK, DACH a bonus)
~ Excellent project management and communication skills
~ Fluent in English; German is a plus
~ Bonus: You love customer research and actively use feedback, surveys, or reviews to improve products
