To excel as a Supplier Quality Manager (m/w/d) AIRBUS, you will need to possess a unique blend of technical knowledge, interpersonal skills, and extensive industry understanding. We are seeking a driven and adaptable individual with experience in managing complex supply chains and a passion for quality assurance.
* You have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in areas such as Aerospace Studies, Engineering, or Supply Chain Quality Management.
* You have 2+ years of professional experience in the fields of aerospace manufacturing, quality management, or supply chain.
* You have advanced proficiency in Python, SAP, and Google Workspace tools.
* You demonstrate strong knowledge of Lean Management, Kaizen, Project Management, and Total Quality Management problem-solving methods.
* You are fluent in English, with advanced German language skills.
* You are proficient in supply chain planning software and enterprise resource planning systems.
* You possess a strong understanding of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning).
* You have excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
* You are willing to travel occasionally (approximately once a month).
