Your Impact: Monitor and operate our automated production and coating systems in shift operation – with a sharp eye for quality, efficiency, and safety. Operate independently the set up, adjust, and convert the machines and resolve any issues that arise. Leverage your technical know-how to carry out mechanical adjustments, conduct regular checks on the machine parameters, and ensure smooth production processes. Perform basic maintenance tasks, maintain order and cleanliness, and actively support improvement projects within the manufacturing area. Qualifications: Completed vocational training in Machine and Plant Operations or possess a comparable technical qualification. Several years experience working in a 3-shift system – ideally in textile or plastics processing. Strong technical understanding and work in a quality-conscious and reliable manner. At least B1 level written and spoken German. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
