Purpose
Drive projects to support workstreams associated with DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OFFICE (DTO) programs and initiatives, by providing project expertise, translating direction, managing communication, and enabling transparency to ensure that projects and initiatives are progressing toward established targets.

Key Accountabilities
* Create and maintain project office structure to support the implementation of the DTO programs
* Support Sr Director in driving digital transformation in the organization
* Contribute to the development of DTO program to ensure a tangible analysis behind any initiative.
* Lead medium sized and smaller projects or sub elements of larger scale infrastructure initiatives within the DTO
* Support the development of the overall DTO roadmap and maintain content, as well as standard tools and project templates for full project lifecycle to ensure a consistent and adequate project structure is operational; install tracking and progress reports relating towards the execution of the strategy.
* Set-up and maintain detailed project planning and milestone tracking relating to implementations.
* Participate to connectivity and alignment between DTO programs and the DLT.
* Maintain departmental process in terms of meetings, targets & goal setting.
* Support Senior Managers in work stream execution for respective expertise and content in terms of workshops preparation, specific subject matter investigations, sponsor debriefings, etc.
* Setup workshops, summarize results and execute debriefing
Knowledge, Capabilities and Experience
* Good understanding of adidas end to end process
* Business acumen, solution and result oriented attitude
* Strong project management skills from initiation to closure (scoping, structuring, work planning, status reporting tools, management updates)
* Cross functional experiences e.g. Marketing, IT, DBC, Strategy, consulting. Market experience is a plus
* Advanced presentation and communication skills (verbal and written), to interact effectively and efficiently across different layers of a global organization
* Ability to work and deliver in a changing environment, under limited guidelines, while adhering to specified timelines
* Strong understanding of structured problem solving methodologies and excellent analytical and quantitative abilities
* Innovative thinker, action oriented and solution minded team player
* High degree of self-management, enthusiasm, drive to perform
* Excellent MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Ability to travel, domestic or international, as required
Education & Experience
* A 4-year degree from an accredited college or university with emphasis on the areas of business, economics, digital, planning, information systems; MBA a plus.
* 5+ years work experience, ideally in consulting, digital project management, transformation or IT
* Fluency in English/both verbally and written
* International working experience preferred
* Experience in systems design and implementation an advantage
* Experience in user training an advantage

* Excellent communication skills, especially when interacting with different levels of business
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with different international cultures
