What we ask
* At least 2-3 years recent Retail sales experience, preferably in dairy;
* Highly proficient in spoken and written English, preferably also German;
* Proven track record with customer collaboration based on excellent execution of forecasting, promo planning etc.;
* Proactive, accurate, result-oriented and data driven mentality;
* Dare to challenge and eager to learn;
* Bachelor’s degree in (International) Business, Marketing or equivalent;
* Excellent social, negotiation and influencing skills;
* Excellent knowledge of Power BI, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook).

This is how your job looks like in a nutshell:
Department: Private Label / Sales
Reports to: Head of Sales ALDI
* Point of contact for defined ALDI countries regarding product developments, promotions, stock data, complaints, sales forecasting, contract management etc.;
* Gather insights and further improve our customer focus and understanding;
* Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors;
* Continuously analyze customer sales development, define actions and maximize new profitable business opportunities;
* Represent the customer needs during internal meetings with Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance;
* Ensure forecast accuracy targets are consistently met through proactive planning and close collaboration with Supply Chain and ALDI
* Coordinate obsoletes, monitor and strive for improvement of service level performance
* Plan and review promotions, generating learnings and improving the promotional performance
* Coordinate PL tenders
* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance to ensure excellent execution
