Collaborate with global stakeholders in development, infrastructure, and production to identify risks, implement solutions, and manage change, driving process and platform optimisation across Development and Production. Foster the development of skills across all team members and disciplines (including Developers, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance, etc.) to optimise our team's performance and achieve efficient, effective delivery for the business. Your skills and experiences Several years of working experience in leading agile development teams as Tech Lead or Product Owner or Scrum Master University degree with technological or scientific focus Extensive experience developing reusable and performant Java based platforms rooted in the latest architectural and design principles (cloud-based microservice architectures revolving around big data storage). Practical experience with modern DevOps/SRE pipelines and CI/CD tools). Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English; German language knowledge would be a plus..
