Your tasks
6. Processing customer complaints and communicating with customers with short response times
7. Entering complaints into the designated systems and starting the internal 8D process
8. Putting together 8D teams and defining and monitoring corrective measures
9. Processing supplier complaints including creating NCRs and evaluating corrective actions
10. Definition and introduction of corrective measures regarding quality risks in all production areas
11. Carrying out process capability analyses and projects for the continuous improvement of product quality
Your profile
12. Completed studies in the field of engineering or a comparable qualification in quality management
13. Good understanding of quality management processes, especially 8D report
14. Points of contact in electrical engineering are an advantage
15. Strong initiative, high social competence and strong team and communication skills
16. A professional, structured and independent way of working
17. Confident handling of MS Office applications and ideally ERP systems
18. Business fluent in German and fluent in written and spoken English
