Position Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for managing medium-scale to complex IT infrastructure and platform projects. The role involves planning, coordination, execution, and oversight of project deliverables, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, quality standards, and operational requirements. The position provides project management support across multiple teams and is responsible for maintaining transparent communication and reporting structures.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate, plan, and execute sub-projects within the overall IT infrastructure program.
* Maintain project documentation in tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, and Jira.
* Conduct project controlling for timelines, milestones, requirements, deliverables, and budget adherence.
* Manage dependencies, changes, configurations, and project risks.
* Perform stakeholder management, including handling goal and interest conflicts.
* Facilitate project governance, communication, and reporting.
* Conduct administrative tasks, such as scheduling, quality assurance, onboarding/offboarding, and maintaining lists.
* Prepare project guidelines and provide support on special topics as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
* Education: Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, IT-related studies, or recognized IT vocational training; alternatively, at least 6 years of professional IT experience.
* Project Management Experience: Minimum 3 years in IT project management of medium to large projects; experience with classical and agile methods is required.
* Tools: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Jira, and MS Project.
* Certifications: IPMA Level C, PMI PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum (PSM/PSPO), or equivalent professional qualifications.
* Languages: German (C1) and English (B1).
* Soft Skills:
