This role requires a strong understanding of electronic principles, diagnostics skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.ResponsibilitiesMaintenance and Calibration:Perform routine preventive maintenance and calibration on various electronic testing equipment.Maintain accurate calibration recordsSchedule and coordinate calibration activities with internal and external calibration labs.Troubleshooting And RepairDiagnose and repair malfunctions in testing equipment.Identify and replace faulty components.Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.Provide technical support to engineers or other personnel on equipment operation and troubleshooting.Installation And SetupInstall, configure, and set up new test equipment.Ensure proper integration of test equipment with other systems and devices.Develop and maintain documentation for equipment setup and operation.Customer ServiceStay up to date with the latest advancements in electronic testing technologies.Research and evaluate new components and technologies for potential applications.Contribute to the development of new product concepts and prototypes.Train production on how to use the testbenchDocumentationInteract with internal and external partners to resolve issues and explain technical problems and solutions.QualificationsEducation: technical diploma in electronics technology, electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.Experience: a minimum of 3 years of experience in servicing and repairing electronic test equipment.Experience with various types of test equipment and devices (oscilloscopes, signal generators etc.)Technical SkillsStrong understanding of analog and digital circuit design.Proficiency in using electronic test equipment and diagnostics tools.Excellent troubleshooting and repair skills.Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work independently or as part of a team.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.Computer use.Preferred QualificationsExperience with specific test equipment technologies.Knowledge of specific industry standards related to calibration and testingAbility to lift and carry medium weights.Ability to work in a standing or sitting position for extended periods.Ability to use hand tools.Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.Work EnvironmentWork in a laboratory or a manufacturing setting.Require travel to partners sites where equipment is installed (Führeschein B )Continuous improvements, propose solutions and improvementJoin our passionate and dedicated teams who are shaping the future of sound
