We are looking for IT Project Managers at regular level - who will serve as the backbone of our success stories. You will lead teams through complex digitalization projects, from analyzing and modernizing industrial legacy systems to implementing cutting-edge solutions. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the development of cutting-edge projects and technologies, helping to push the boundaries of what is possible.
Define project goals, scope, deliverables, and timelines
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and allocate resources effectively
Lead interdisciplinary IT teams: assign tasks, provide guidance, monitor progress, and ensure team collaboration
Communicate and manage expectations with key stakeholders (clients, management, technical teams)
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle
Estimate project budgets, track costs, and ensure delivery within financial targets
Oversee quality assurance across all project deliverables and implement improvements when needed
Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders
Capture lessons learned and contribute to best practices for future projects
3+ years of experience in IT project management, IT consulting, software delivery, or digital transformation (B2B sector)
~ Background in managing projects involving Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or high motivation to quickly gain deep WMS knowledge
~ Good knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (planning, risk/financial management, roadmapping, reporting)
~ Hands-on experience with Agile project delivery (Scrum, Kanban, or similar)
~ Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master) is a plus
~ Fluent in German and English
