The Role As Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance across Bavaria within a target-driven framework, key responsibilities include: Generating new business while developing and strengthening the existing customer base Building relationships with dental practices, dental schools and hospitals Delivering professional product demonstrations and technical presentations Executing agreed sales strategies aligned with national objectives Attending trade shows, education courses and company meetings Managing territory planning, reporting and pipeline activity through CRM Submitting business plans and sales progress updates This is a field-based role requiring regional travel and occasional overnight stays. The Profile We are seeking an ambitious, commercially focused dental sales professional with: A minimum of 2+ years’ field-based dental sales experience Proven ability to grow territory revenue Confidence presenting technical solutions to clinicians Strong organisation and follow-up discipline The ability to operate independently while contributing to a wider team A clear understanding of territory planning and growth strategy Full driving licence Experience within dental implants or dental biotechnology is advantageous but not essential.
