Key Responsibilities:
8. Oversee and improve end-to-end supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and boost overall performance.
9. Manage supplier relationships, including selection, monitoring, and contract negotiation, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
10. Establish and enforce quality control standards across the supply chain and conduct audits to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
11. Lead initiatives to resolve supply chain disruptions and quality issues while working closely with production, engineering, and procurement teams.
12. Monitor supply chain and quality metrics, forecast demand, report KPIs, and drive ongoing improvement projects.
Requirements:
13. University degree in aircraft construction, engineering or supply chain quality
14. 2 years experience in aircraft construction, manufacturing engineering, quality management and supply chain
15. Deep understanding of Python and SAP necessary
16. Good understanding of KAIZEN, lean management, project management and total quality management
17. Strong proficiency in supply chain planning tools and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
18. Solid understanding of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) principles
19. Advanced german and business fluent english
