YOUR TASKS
1. Manage and coordinate the global sales project roadmap across all sales channels (field, tele, depot, digital), with a focus on strategic development, process optimization, and tool enablement
2. Ensure consistent execution of the commercial roadmap in close collaboration with project leads and key stakeholders across functions and regions
3. Drive the rollout of global sales initiatives together with regional teams, focusing on harmonizing sales processes and enabling commercial excellence
4. Lead and contribute to selected strategic projects aimed at improving sales structures, tools, and cross-channel integration
5. Define and align future-state sales processes across all channels, including Key Account Management and Pricing, with an emphasis on operational efficiency
6. Identify and prioritize business needs for sales tools (e.g., CRM, tour planning, sales cockpit, order management tools) in collaboration with internal stakeholders
7. Act as the primary global business contact for sales-related topics in coordination with Group IT, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable solutions
8. Support department heads with administrative tasks and track the functional budget
YOUR PROFILE
9. Higher education in Business Management, Sales Strategy, Marketing, or a related field
10. Proven track record in project management, ideally within a B2B commercial or direct marketing environment
11. Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills with a structured, results-oriented mindset
12. Experience in managing cross-functional projects and aligning diverse stakeholder groups across regions and functions
13. KPI-driven approach with a deep understanding of sales operations, enablement, and process design—rather than direct selling or customer acquisition
14. Familiarity with the sales lifecycle of tangible goods
15. Fluency in English; additional language skills in German, French, or Italian (B2 level) are a plus
16. Experience working in international and matrix organizations is beneficial
17. Background in strategy consulting, commercial operations, or sales enablement is considered an advantage
