We’re looking for a Sales Manager East Germany to take ownership of a key region and lead the charge in expanding our market presence, strengthening partnerships, and delivering exceptional results. What you will do : • Own and drive the sales strategy across your designated territory, delivering on the commercial strategy. • Manage a portfolio of key strategic B2B accounts ( official dealers) • Develop and implement tailored key account plans • Develop strong, trust-based B2B relationships with new and existing clients, becoming a trusted advisor and preferred go-to partner for our products. • Analyse regional trends, market data, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and adjust strategy as needed. • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction. • Represent the company at key industry events and trade shows What you bring to the table: • Proven experience (3–5 years) in B2B sales, ideally in a regional or area management role. • Strong knowledge of the textile or printing industry, particularly in a B2B context is preferred. • Fluency in German and English is required. • Excellent business acumen with a solid understanding of financial figures and analysis. • A track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth in competitive markets. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Willingness to travel frequently, approximately 60% to 80% of the time. • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. • High energy, self-motivated, and passionate about building something great.
