For our location in Ottobrunn near Munich we are actively seeking a Sales Ops Specialist / Sachbearbeiter Vertriebsinnendienst (m/f/d).
Your tasks – as important as our software:
You are responsible for the creation, tracking, and adjustment of offers in close coordination with the sales team.
* Creation and editing of quotes and contracts for our clients both domestically and internationally
* Review and processing of orders for software solutions
* Coordination and collaboration with the Finance, Legal, and Customer Care departments
* Maintenance of master data in the CRM system
* Preparation of relevant sales metrics
* Updating of price lists and product descriptions in the CRM system
* Coordination and participation in public tender processes
* Administrative support in sales and marketing for projects
* Processing and coordination of customer questionnaires
Your profile – as good as our solutions:
* Completed vocational training or degree in the commercial field
* Professional experience in inside sales is a requirement, ideally in the software industry or for complex products
* Proficient in the standard MS Office programs
* Strong German and English language skills, enabling you to communicate in a professional setting
* Experience with a CRM system
* Reliability, strong communication skills, and teamwork are important to us
