This role connects business needs, grid operations, and digital technologies to deliver secure, data-driven solutions that enhance grid efficiency, resilience, and sustainability. The Product Manager (m/f/d) oversees the entire product lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap to delivery and continuous improvement, collaborating with engineering, grid operations, IT, data science, cybersecurity, and external partners.How You’ll Make an Impact
7. Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for grid digitalization solutions, aligning with business objectives and regulatory requirements
8. Act as the primary interface between stakeholders, grid operators, and engineering teams, translating operational needs into clear product requirements
9. Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, prioritizing features based on value, risk, and feasibility while ensuring high-quality delivery
10. Drive the integration of data, analytics, AI/ML, IoT, and cloud technologies to enhance grid visibility and decision-making, ensuring interoperability with existing systems
11. Ensure products meet cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory standards, supporting risk management and resilience objectives in grid operations
12. Define and track product KPIs, continuously improving performance based on data and feedback while supporting change management and training initiatives
What You Bring
13. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
14. Long term experience in product management, digital solutions, or grid/energy-related roles, with a strong understanding of power systems and grid operations
15. Proficient in digital platforms, data analytics, IoT, or automation solutions, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
16. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills essential for effective collaboration
17. Familiarity with grid digitalization, smart grids, utility digital transformation programs, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
18. Proficient communication skills in English and understanding of cybersecurity principles for critical infrastructure and experience working within regulated environments and utility standards
