Own the full commercial cycle, including sales planning, forecasting, pricing, negotiations, contract management, and campaigns
Lead Key Account Management and develop long-term strategic partnerships with dealer networks in both markets
Collaborate closely with Finance, Pricing, Marketing, Risk, Compliance, and Business Solutions to ensure compliant and effective execution
Manage sales budgets, performance targets, and regular reporting to senior management
Continuously optimise sales processes, tools, and governance frameworks
Lead, develop, and inspire high-performing, multi-country sales teams while fostering collaboration across Germany and Spain
10–15+ years of experience in senior sales or commercial leadership roles with international or multi-country responsibility
~ Strong experience in regulated or captive business environments (e.g. financial services, automotive, industrial sectors)
~ Proven track record of building, leading, and scaling successful sales organisations
~ Strong strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability
~ Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills at senior level
~ Fluent in English
~ German or Spanish desired
