Are you an experienced Production Manager with a passion for operational excellence and team leadership? MM Flowers is looking for a dynamic Production Manager to join our senior leadership team and lead high-performing production operations.
Location: Euskirchen
Full-time: 40 hours (Monday–Friday)
️ Languages: German & English essential
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll take full ownership of production operations, ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality output across all lines, including Terra lines. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll:
✔️ Drive production performance against KPIs (efficiency, quality, waste)
✔️ Lead and develop Section Managers and production teams
✔️ Ensure smooth running of production lines with minimal downtime
✔️ Champion health, safety, and GMP standards
✔️ Implement lean practices and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. 5S)
✔️ Collaborate with Engineering, Technical, and other departments
✔️ Support new product introductions and operational changes
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in a Production Manager role within FMCG or manufacturing
Strong understanding of automated production environments
Demonstrated leadership of large, multi-level teams
Solid knowledge of health, safety, and quality standards
Strong problem-solving, organisational, and analytical skills
Experience with ERP/WMS systems
