Our activity in Germany :
1. Main activity : Airline Catering
2. Key clients: United Airline, LATAM, Saoudia, Egypte Air…
3. Headcount : 600 people
We are looking to hire a Deputy Production Manager.
4. You will report directly to the production manager
5. Assist in planning,organizing and supervising daily production activities
6. Ensure accurate preparation and assembly of food and non-food services according to client specifications.
7. Verify service trays for compliance with airline and customer requirements.
8. Ensure full compliance with hygiene and manufacturing standards (HACCP, FIFO, GMP, etc.).
9. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas following the established cleaning schedule.
10. Estimate daily team needs (staffing, materials, and equipment) and communicate them to the immediate supervisor.
11. Perform other duties as assigned by management
Perfil
12. 1–2 years of experience in a production Environment, preferably in a supervisory or team leader role
13. Ability to stand for long periods and to work in cold environments (below 10°C / 50°F).
14. Strong communication skills — ability to read, write, and speak in English.
15. Good knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures (training provided if necessary).
16. Demonstrated ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
17. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, as required.
18. Excellent communication, team work and customer service skills.
19. The ability to work calmly under pressure.
