Your responsibilities
* Manage the commercial aspects of existing contracts and identify new business opportunities in line with the company's sales strategy.
* Act as a key member of the project team, responsible for all commercial activities related to assigned projects.
* Represent the company's interests toward customers while ensuring internal alignment with customer expectations.
* Define pricing strategies for new business and prepare quotations (piece price, tooling, D&D) in the required format.
* Maintain and improve margins through engineering change management, productivity studies, and contract reviews.
* Liaise with customer purchasing centers and secure customer orders.
* Ensure timely payment of invoices and support plants with exceptional customer requests (e.g. overtime, quality replacements, color changes).
* Contribute to achieving targets defined in the annual performance review.
Your profile
* University degree or equivalent qualification.
* Minimum of 5–6 years of experience in a similar sales or commercial role, ideally within the
automotive sector
.
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Solid financial and analytical understanding to manage quotations and pricing negotiations.
* Fluent in
German and English
(both written and spoken).
* Proficient in
MS Office
, especially Excel.
