Our company is seeking a Business Development and Sales Manager to join our Infrastructure Project Office division. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the data center sector and other industries where Uninterruptible Power Supply systems are required across Europe.
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced professional who can identify and develop new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and build strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts
* Promoting and selling Uninterruptible Power Supply systems
* Providing technical guidance and expertise to clients
* Monitoring competitors and industry trends
* Monthly sales reporting to management
Requirements
* Experience in selling Uninterruptible Power Supply systems to the data center sector and other industries in Europe
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
* Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B sales
* Technical background or certifications in Uninterruptible Power Supply systems would be considered a plus
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Results-driven approach to identifying client needs
* Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
* Fluent in English and willing to travel in Europe and globally
